Things I like about
being a UX Designer:
-
UX and tech never stop evolving—and I love that. I thrive as a forever student, always learning new tools, methods, and perspectives. I actively seek feedback on my designs and approaches so I can grow, work smarter, and better support my team.
-
I naturally tune in to people. Whether through listening, observing actions, or noticing facial expressions, I dig beneath the surface to understand users’ needs, frustrations, and motivations. My goal is always to design experiences that feel seamless for the user while supporting business goals.
-
I enjoy uncovering challenges from a holistic perspective—understanding the root issue before jumping to solutions. My approach balances creativity and practicality, aiming for that “happy medium” where user needs and business objectives align.
-
Collaboration is where I shine. I love hearing diverse perspectives and building solutions together. I’m highly visual—so don’t be surprised if I share my screen or sketch a quick map to make sure we’re aligned. And if I’m not following? I’ll say so—because clear communication builds stronger work.
-
I constantly question and explore. Curiosity helps me uncover real issues, not just surface problems, and fuels designs that truly resonate with users.
-
Half the job is the people we work with. I believe in keeping things light, approachable, and fun—because when teams enjoy the process, it shows in the work. I stay calm under pressure, adapt to different personalities, and take feedback as fuel for improvement. My design choices are always backed by reasoning, but I never take myself too seriously.
