I enjoy uncovering challenges from a holistic perspective by understanding the root issue before jumping to solutions. My approach balances creativity and practicality, aiming for that “happy medium” where user needs and business objectives align.

Collaboration is where I shine. I love hearing diverse perspectives and building solutions together. I’m highly visual, so don’t be surprised if I share my screen or sketch a quick map to make sure we’re aligned. And if I’m not following? I’ll say so, because clear communication builds stronger work.

I constantly question and explore by digging into data, patterns, and user behavior to uncover real issues, not just surface problems. Curiosity is what drives me from assumptions to evidence.
